"Extremely misleading menu and bait and switch on food. Ordered a dish that was a salad with spinach and eggs on top What was served was a tomato soup with some of the some ingredients- missing spinach, no red onion per menu and no parsley as per menu. Raised with the staff and simply told "take it up with head office" photo attached showing what is advertised and what is delivered. No interest from staff in addressing this or even acknowledging that a salad is not a soup. Total scam of $18."
"The Coffee Club isn't a bad Cafe however they aren't very good either, There are things I like and other things I find to be a bit over the top, for example $19 for a Fried Chicken Burger with Chips, you can get the Chicken Burger without Chips but the price still remains at $19... This to me is a clear cash grab tricking customers in to paying the highest price possible for a Chicken Burger of mediocre quality, I understand it's a business and the entire point is to make money but if you want regular loyal customers then this is the wrong way to go about it, I'm pretty disappointed as a customer, Unfortunately I can't say I Recommend The Coffee Club Westfield Shopping Centre Southland."

"Not that friendly, and they always forget what u asked for. Avoid the steak sandwiches, cuz it not a beef steak, just a silicone steak. Coffee is fine."
"I love coming here. It's my place to go to chill out for a bit. Staff are really lovely. My one and only place I love to have my coffee and a bite to eat. I love to be there when it's not "peak hour " as I enjoy it more like that. I would say to the staff thankyou for always looking after me when I come. You have remembered my order to each detail.
