"We received a delivery this morning from an Arrow driver. I had to unload 1/2 of the load myself. Driver stated that he came yesterday at 4:30 and that we were not open. I smelt a small lie here. We close at 5:30 normally but our staff stayed back till 6pm. We have a roller door with door bell AND a front door. Driver didn't try very hard to find anyone home. I 'loaned' the driver a pen to sign his paper work, but driver wanted pen for himself. Arrow please make sure your drivers have pens so customers can sign your paperwork. Not a good impression."
