"My coffee tasted like warm milk. I politely told the girl, sorry to be a pain but my coffee tastes like warm milk. She didn't say a word just took the coffee off me and made me a new one, whilst talking to the other girl about it in whispers. I said thank you so much for doing that, her reply was you're welcome. No apology. Mistakes happen and I wasnt annoyed at all, it was the response that has let them down. Even though it is convenient to go here after the leisure centre, I will now go out of my way and go somewhere else."
