"Cannot speak highly enough of this Gloria Jeans, and especially the (new?) staff here! In the past, although the coffee was nothing to complain about, I had found some of the younger female staff to have had not-so-friendly attitudes and be a little stand-offish - I would even go so far as to say a couple were just plain rude, acting as if serving customers was a nuisance and then continuing their ‘social-life’ conversations with other staff members as if you weren’t there. BUT the last couple of months has brought a change of staff and this in turn has brought a complete change of atmosphere. The whole dynamic of this place has changed, with friendly and courteous A+ service, always with a kind word and a smile - there’s even a lovely young lady who somehow remembers my order! And last, but not least, the fantastic coffee you can expect only from a Gloria Jeans! So to the new owners/staff here, thank you for making this such a great little coffee spot - you’ve certainly won me back!"
