Despite 4 return calls and pleading no taxis was forthcoming despite assurances I was next on booking. 3 hours later a taxis had still not arrived when I managed to flag down a taxi in Punt Rd. A complaint to the company has gone unanswered. Hell will freeze over before I could recommend this company. This stressed my wife so much that she had to stay an extra night at Peter Mac."
