"I'm surprised this apartment has such I high score... Maybe we are just unlucky and the cleaner was having a bad day. The unit itself is nice and the furniture is modern but the hard floors, couches and shower are pretty dirty. The shower head is broken and you get one TINY bar of hand soap... Nothing for showering. For the price you kind of expect a body wash and shampoo (even if it's the wall mounted pumps filled with stuff from the cheap shop?). The fact that the apartment is not air conditioned is a killer although I don't think this would be a huge issue if we weren't in the middle of a heat wave. A really nice pool area with a spa, BBQ area and the gardens behind the property. The manager was helpful when we booked the unit plus the emails explaining the self check in and parking are clear. If it was cleaned, air conditioned and had a few more amenities (we would prefer soap..... 200ml of milk will not go far in a 6pax unit) we would definitely be here more often. But without this, there is a lot better out there in the same price range."
