To ensure a hassle-free stay, linen is included in your booking. However, please note that beds are not made, as the linen hire company used does not provide this service, unless otherwise stated. We kindly request that you clean up after your pet, as the property allows for one dog outside only. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.

For your convenience, please take note of our arrival and departure policies. Units booked during December 2022 & 2023 and January 2023 & 2024 have a check-in time of 3pm and operate on a Saturday-Saturday schedule. Houses, on the other hand, follow a Friday-Friday schedule.

In the event that you need to cancel or make changes to your booking, please refer to our cancellation policy. If you provide less than 30 days' notice prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. However, if the property is re-let for the same or higher rent, the Owner may consider providing a refund. For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, a full refund of all monies paid (after deduction of booking administration and banking fees) will be given. Please note that any bank charges resulting from a credit card cancellation are the responsibility of the Guest.

Please be aware that this booking is made in good faith, and the Agent is not liable for any actions taken by the Owner. We strongly recommend that you obtain independent travel insurance to protect your investment. Guests making bookings at this time do so at their own risk.
