"If I could put zero as a score, I would. The floor was filthy, sticky and there was a wet spot on the floor that I slipped on, hit the ground hard. No one came to me to ask if I was ok. Instead a worker asked my husband what he wants to order. My husband got angry at them, saying why haven’t they come out and put a sign up and clean the mess. What if that was an elderly person falling. It would cause them a fracture. At least be human and say something comforting to me, like are you ok, can we do something for you. Nothing, I was just ignored. Terrible. If anything comes from this fall, I will sue"
