I can't stress that enough. There was no nonsense in her approach and that is something that is seemingly in short supply these days. Even once the property was "sold" Michelle kept showing it as it hadn't gone unconditional and when the sale sadly fell through due to finance, Michelle was able to quickly bring forth another seller that had missed out on the first round.
