"Gorgeous rooftop view, wonderful location which rivals Emporium next door. Clean amenities (gym, pool, sauna, steam rooms) and a good trust system with parcel delivery on Upper ground floor. Joanne has been a wonderful caretaker during our stay and would love to stay here again."

"I have stay in for few years and going through few management. The current staff Tashi and Joanne have been the best team. Our apartment is always clean and tidy. Both of them get things fix and look after the residents."

"We had the pleasure of living here for almost 2 years. Not only are the apartments modern and luxurious, the communal facilities are some of the best you will find in Brisbane. We want to thank the building manager Joanne Nicolson for providing a great support system to to the tenants, always communicative and fast responses when needed."

"We have lived here for 3 to 4 years and will continue to live here. Best move we’ve ever done. Local to everything, 10 minute walk to work, central to all transportation you wouldn’t even need a car. And of course the best rooftop pool in Brisbane hands down!"

"After locking myself out of the apartment today With my 4 year old the building manager was rude, unhelpful and her behaviour horrific! Although she acknowledged that I lived in the apartment complex she said that she was unable to let me in without consent from the apartment owner. To add insult to injury I only needed access to the floor as I had left my door unlocked. The building manager was happy for me and my 4 year old Daughter to wait outside all day for my wife to return. My wife who is a doctor had to be called out of surgery and after the building manager did not answer several calls, my wife then had to call another office number where they continued to be rude however agreed to let me and my 4 year old in. They continued with the rude behaviour and my daughter missed her swimming lesson as a result of the tiny bit of power they held! I had a package stolen approximately 2 months ago, and instead of being helpful the building manager attempted to lecture me on building policy and it took approximately 12 emails for her to even check some footage. Not helpful Not friendly Incompetent So many places to live in Southbank so why would you put up with the rubbish that goes on here! We will move as soon as our lease is up!"
