"The lady that was working in the front today at 2:55 PM (21/08/23) went off at me like I robbed the sushi shop over a WOODEN FORK. Seriously. I grabbed a wooden fork as I was walking past the joint and she decided to have a crack at me for it. You can get a packet of 50 wooden forks for $4.50. That's $0.09 PER FORK. She decided to take time out of her day to go back and forth with me over something that isn't even worth a cent. I could've bought a packet of Karage chicken for 10 bucks and she could've bought 100 wooden forks if she wanted to with that money. But no I didn't, because unfortunately their food is just as bad as her attitude. I'd rather eat the wooden fork I took, basically tastes the same."
"Bad service! They were closing up and had a lot of leftovers in packs, asked to choose 4 different Sushi rolls and she said I couldn’t S choose which ones, I then asked if they were all the same price and she said yes, but she had cleaned up already???? She literally had to change 2 rolls from one pack to the other, but couldn’t do that, maybe cause she was not bothered……. Anyhow, they deserve a 1 star review for horrible customer service"
"Employees just sit and watch their tv shows on their iPad. Their food, like Ramen? I wouldn’t call it that. It was literally two min noodles with no flavouring packet added to it. And for that price. Not worth it."
"Worst ramen I have ever had in my life. It’s like someone described what ramen was to their white nanna over the phone and she went into her little old lady cupboard and tried to make it from the few ingredients she found in there."
"Absolute scammers. Paid $14 for a karaage chicken ramen and was greeted with bland flavourless karaage chicken and cheap noodles in literal water with chicken stock. Haven't had the sushi but never will due to the abhorrent prices and horrible quality of food they serve at this joke of a restraunt"
