"Customer service is non existing in this place. Drive through " phone order"is the greeting, followed with muffled repeat of the order. Order handed, " there you go" It was wow. That was manager included. Forgot to mention, we were the only car driving in. Not a customer around. Makes me wonder why...."
"Came through 2/08/23 around 6:40 through the drive and honestly I have never been spoken to so rudely and felt so rushed like it was a race and when I got home to open my burger up it wasn’t even assembled properly, fries were clearly been sitting for more than 7 minutes as they were stone cold! I tried over 8 times to call through and phone just kept ringing out! Worst maccas I have ever been too!"
"Would Maccas Kallangur please stop making coffee because you don’t know how it make it. We bought two long blacks and they had so much sediment in the bottom it was disgusting and couldn’t drink and had to was out my mouth. !!!!!!!!!"
"This place takes the cake with being the worst ever maccas!! Last night was the last straw for me, we ordered $80 worth of food and all we got was rubbish, the burgers looked like they were just thrown against the wall then packed and given to us. You ever mention to any of the stuff that they have messed up your order and they look at you like with the filthiest looks?. Worst customer service worst organisation worst food quality, worst place ever all-round!!!! So sick of this place will be going to Murrumba downs from now on!!! management, need to be trained better and trained to know how to train there staff"
