"The table was grubby The sushi kitchen hand hasn’t changed their gloves for the whole hour They wipe their gloves against the table rag. The wait for food was very long 30mins for a sushi. The portion was very small, look at the eel piece they serve, smaller than my thumb nail. Its quite expensive for what they serve. Honestly, garbage goes into the bin, not onto my plate. If it’s not because there are no options. I would not be ripped off but this filthy and stingy restaurant. Not coming back again!"
"Went to visit this place during lunch but was very quiet which was strange. Only a few plates and looked empty. Despite this, we decided to give it a try. We entered and felt rushed into a booth. After taking my friends order, the server then rushed off without taking my order. I had to get up and follow him to place my order. Ended up ordering a plate of sushi and the pork ramen. Firstly the sushi rice was very hard and felt undercooked. The ramen was not good at all, didn’t seem fresh and the pork smelled off. Didn’t even look slightly close to the picture. I had a taste but couldn’t continue. During this whole time, nobody came to ask if it the food was okay even while going to pay for the meal. No care at all. Won’t be going back. It’s just a waste"
"I recently visited Sushi Station and had a mixed experience. While there were some positive aspects, I must mention a couple of areas that left me slightly disappointed. One aspect that stood out was the rice used in the sushi. Unfortunately, during my visit, the rice was not fully cooked and lacked the desired texture. It felt slightly undercooked and left me wanting more. Additionally, the rice seemed to lack flavor and was quite bland. Sushi rice is a crucial element of any sushi dish, and I was disappointed that it did not meet my expectations in terms of taste and texture. On a more positive note, the variety of sushi options available at Sushi Station was impressive. They had a wide selection of rolls, nigiri, and sashimi to choose from. The presentation of the dishes was visually appealing, and the ingredients seemed fresh and of good quality. The sushi chefs were skillful in crafting the rolls, and the overall aesthetic of the sushi was pleasing. The service at Sushi Station was decent, although it could have been more attentive. The staff was polite and friendly, but there were instances where it took longer than expected to receive our orders. However, they were accommodating when we had specific requests or modifications to the sushi rolls. While my experience at Sushi Station was not exceptional, it had its ups and downs. The undercooked and bland rice was a letdown, but the variety of sushi options and the skillful presentation were positive aspects. If you're looking for a place with a diverse sushi menu, it might be worth giving Sushi Station a try, but do keep in mind the issue with the rice."
"Friendly customer service upon arrival SUSHI Freshly made with lots of variety Lots of sachets of Ginger & wasabi on the table. STAFF Only one girl on the floor to serve the customers at the tables. She was prompt and did an excellent job. You could see that she really had to race about to serve the customers."
"First time trying this restaurant. Similar to the Sushi Train concept with the train and coloured plates to distinguish different prices of dishes. We must've come at the right time as a table became available and there was a queue to get in not long after we sat down. We ordered off the menu. Everything was freshly prepared with quality ingredients. Dishes arrived in the order they were ready. Staff were attentive."
