"Thank you staff for an amazing stay. Really enjoyed my stay."
"Stayed there a few times. Nice a d clean and felt comfy. Food is awesome...don't have to cook or do dishes Staff are very friendly professional And Nice. It's sad Angelo doesn't work there anymore..he was very nice"
"The staff were friendly and always helped you regarding any issue with room or service. The cooks always gave us nutritious meals three times a day. We never had a problem with other residents but sometimes the odd minor issue like noise at late hour at night. Good place to stay until you get a place to rent or move into. The room price is very reasonable for indigenous folk needing housing. Safety and security are a top priority as is customer satisfaction. My fiancee and I stayed here for 2 months. There was a lady who stayed there and indeed was needing a medical evaluation so she was moved to a hospital due to a mental illness of hers but it is rare for anything to occur at the hostel. The annonymos user who posted in here must have been lieing and if you post here at least leave your name. I would personally recommend this place to anyone."
"The staff put on a "good show". Don't be fooled. They are actually quite rude and selfish. Particularly the new manager who exaggerates stories - don't trust ANYONE here, residents or staff! The managers do not do their job properly. They kick people with babies/infants out onto the streets. Not very understanding (or just don't care) and don't seem as if they enjoy working here at all. They kick out people they can't "handle" who have mental illnesses. My child's clothes were stolen by another resident from the laundry. The hostels washing machines ruin your clothes. A lot of thieves and people doing drugs and prostitution here and the staff are completely oblivious to it. If you're a couple, you'll be sleeping in seperate single beds. Also, the child health lady who regularly visits basically interrogated me about my parenting while I was seeking support with my mental illnesses. The only thing I can say I am fully satisfied with is that the cooks here are absolutely lovely and make sure they look after you and make sure you eat healthy! I feel it's very stupid they leave milk in the fridges for everybody to share but no cold drinking water. All in all, I thought it was a great place in the beginning but gradually things started going downhill and now I am incredibly disgusted. This hostel made things harder for us when we were getting back on our feet. I don't recommend going here unless you are a junkie or unless you are absolutely desperate and it is a last resort!"
