"It sells itself as a luxury boutique hotel. The rooms are nicely decorated but in my bathroom there was a strange smell. I couldn't decide whether it smelled like seafood or sewage). If the air conditioning is linked to the seafood restaurant downstairs, maybe the smell could have been coming from there. A colleague had the same problem. I reported it to reception who said they'd look into it but they didn't report back to me. The most disappointing thing for me was the breakfast. During COVID they sent it to each room in brown paper bags. But sadly this has continued. And it only consisted of a bowl of cornflakes, juice and an apple."

"I recently made an booking with this hotel to celebrate my partners birthday in order to have a good rest. I saw this hotel from Agoda app. I have to say that when I arrived at check in, I found that the environment of this hotel was much higher quality than I expected and my booking is a deluxe room with bath tub. When I saw the environment and view in our room, I decided to stay for another night! It’s such a pretty place and our breakfast is always serve at our front door on every 7am. Beside for the service, the man who at the front desk on work on Sunday and Monday , I forgot to ask his name. He is really a very enthusiastic and helpful staff. It can be said that it is the first time I have met such a good service provider. He is very concerned about every guest. Thank him for giving us such a perfect accommodation experience. It's a pity to check out. At that time, he didn't go on work and didn't have a change to thank him properly. We will definitely will get back for next time!"

"This hotel is 3 star at best! Upon arrival it seemed amazing.. BUT, after spending one night I soon found it to be the complete opposite. I was given a room that was completely sub standard. From the 3 loose tiles on the balcony, that I actually injured my ankle on to the television working on n off to the blown light bulb in the dimly lit bathroom / hot & cold pressure less shower it was a massive disappointment. I definitely thought the staff could have been more accommodating as I was made to feel like a bother rather than a paying guest. The only saving grace was the amazing seafood restaurant downstairs. I recommend giving this place a big miss!"

"Delightful attendants àt the front desk, Maggie is absolutely a star and should be rewarded for her work! I've already reserved for next Tuesday and plan to be a regular guest once a month for a treat to myself each month . Wonderful rooms, the robe and slippers were a lovely extra touch. Much better then alot of the city hotels I've stayed at too"
