"They lost my sons asthma medication and then asked me to replace it. I asked them to replace given they lost it (ventolin, spacer and mask) which they begrudgingly did. When we left for good I asked for the asthma stuff back only to have a high level staff member bring out two asthma spacers (not in a bag or container, just holding) and then asked me which was ours. No labeling or monitoring of a potentially life saving medication. And in the middle of COVID, so who knows who else used my child’s medication? This is just one example of stiff ups with my child’s medication. Highly unprofessional and unsafe. Was overall a frustrating experience. There are some good staff members there, just not enough."

"We recently moved to Inverloch and I was very put off a handful of 1 star reviews here, thinking that we would have to send our son to Wonthaggi. I posted on the local Facebook group and the response was unanimous: this place is wonderful. I also had a couple of private messages from people to let me know that the one star reviews were posted in retaliation after an altercation with the centre who was upholding court orders re: picking kids up. All of these reviews are from 6-7 months ago and from accounts that have never left any other reviews, so that makes sense. I've flagged them with Google, so hopefully they will remove and justice will be served. Anyway, it, goes to show, it pays to ask around if the reviews look sus!"

"Excellent service, friendly staff and very caring of the children. Our boys loved their time there with one going through kinder and the other visiting as after school care. The carers still recognise the boys and say hello despite it being a couple of years since they attended."

"My son attended Inverloch Childcare from when they opened until he went to school. Our family are incredibly grateful for the care and development of our son (and me too) at Inverloch Childcare kindergarten. As a working mum, the longer kinder days allowed me to maintain my work. I could keep up to date through the Family Lounge app to understand the learning outcomes underpinning the games and activities. My son had some attachment issues and the staff at the centre were amazing. They encouraged and fostered children's independence through small things like getting their hats out, however they were always there to help if required. It gave me so much relief to know that not only were they working on it but they truly cared for my son and would support him when he needed it too. This together with the friendships that our son developed at kinder made the transition to school so much easier. He was surrounded by friends, more independent and had an enthusiasm for learning."
