"The view is absolutely beautiful and the place is really nice. We had the baramundi and fish and ships, it was delicious. It would be nice to know that we have to order at the bar though, we would have not waited 15 minutes at our table hoping for a waiter to come. However, great place to go to !"
"The food is great at the Bistro and we enjoyed our meals once we received them. Do not use the QR Code on the table, it seems to take a lot longer to receive orders. Recommend standing in line and ordering at the counter. Family ordered from the counter and had their meals within 15min, ours via he QR code took over 45min to receive. When asked about it, the response was we will get a text when the food is ready, but they could not tell us how long."
"Need better organisation when busy. Waited 90 minutes for meals ? Because 2 of 6 people had starters for their mains, these came out, but rest of mains way later. Wait staff were helpful though when we eventually asked what was happening."

"My experience at the Stradbroke Island Point Lookout hotel included ordering their steak sandwich, which turned out to be quite disappointing. The steak itself was dry and lacked flavor, and the bread used was neither fresh nor toasted, affecting the overall quality of the dish. Adding to the letdown, there was no side salad provided, and the onion jam resembled more of an onion gravy in texture. What added to the disappointment was the steep price of $27 for the sandwich, which far exceeded what the meal should have been worth. It's possible that the price might be more reflective of the scenic view rather than the quality of the food. In conclusion, this dining experience left much to be desired, and I hope the hotel considers improving both the quality and value of their menu offerings."
