"I ordered a delivery order and due to dietary adjustments not being made which was clearly stated on the order my daughter went into Anaphylactic shock and wound up in the emergency room. Obviously when I returned home from the emergency room I called the store to complain and was promised a voucher for a free pizza which to be honest is the minimum they could have done but now refusing to honour said promised voucher. Absolutely appalling customer service after nearly killing my daughter."
"NEW REVIEW....update Back in Brisbane and returned to claim my replacement pizza (see review below). Spoke with the Manager - Amily (apologies if misspelt) - and the service experience and food quality was a huge improvement! Could not have handled it any better - deserves a payrise for exceptional customer service, guaranteeing we will definitely return. Premium chicken and camembert pizza. Got home...no spinach and a few cubes of camembert. Rang to query lack of 'premium' ingredients. Not an oversight...told there was a recall of baby spinach that impacted Dominos. I asked if the price was reduced accordingly. Pause....then a simple "No". Not good enough. Was promised a replacement pizza by Manager."
