The house features three spacious bedrooms, two modern bathrooms (including a bath), a stunning kitchen with top-of-the-line European Bosh appliances, and a beautifully relaxing large outdoor space complete with a BBQ.
The single-level terrace house boasts a bright and airy atmosphere, perfect for enjoying the fresh Australian air or utilizing the air conditioning during hot weather. Each bedroom is equipped with large wardrobes, and the master bedroom even has dual wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom. Guests will feel right at home in this well-loved and homely establishment.
The location of Park Avenue Terrace House is ideal, with various amenities within walking distance. The Wesley Hospital is just 350 meters away, making it convenient for those visiting or working at the hospital. The train station is also only 300 meters away, providing easy access to explore the surrounding areas. For shopping and dining, the Toowong shopping centre is 1 kilometer away, and a cafe is just 450 meters away. Additionally, guests can find a bottle shop within 700 meters and explore the cafes and shops of Rosalie, which are 1.5 kilometers away. The city center is a short 3.8-kilometer distance, allowing guests to easily experience all that the city has to offer.
Please note that Park Avenue Terrace House only accepts families, and the minimum age requirement for the person renting the property is 25 years old. To maintain a respectful environment in the neighborhood, the establishment does not accommodate groups of more than 8 adults. Parties or events of any kind are strictly prohibited, and quiet hours are enforced from 10pm to 6am.
Starting from August 16, 2023, a $10 booking tax will be levied per booking to cover guest and identity validation. This ensures a secure and verified experience for all guests.
Guests at Park Avenue Terrace House will have full access to the entire home, including parking facilities. The large outdoor space is perfect for families with children and pets, providing ample room for play and relaxation. Additionally, guests can make use of the BBQ facilities to enjoy outdoor dining and entertainment.
Please be aware that there is currently no microwave in the house, but it is expected to be delivered soon. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Before making a booking, please note the following important information. The minimum booking age requirement is strictly 25 years old. All guests must be 25 years old or above, unless it is a family stay with small children. Group stays are subject to approval, so please inquire before booking if you are a group.
There are a few additional requirements and policies in place for guests. A rental agreement must be signed by all guests, and a copy of their ID (front and back) is required. This is separate from Airbnb's identity verification process. A security deposit will also be authorized separately, and more information can be found in the house rules. For last-minute bookings made within 3 days, guests may be asked to provide a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure.
Starting from January 9, 2023, all confirmed reservations will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge if the check-out date falls on a public holiday. This surcharge will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price and will be charged separately one week before arrival, or immediately if less than a week.

"Incredible noise from Milton rd Only 60m Had to sleep on the couch, no wonder they don't tell you where the actual house is until you have paid. Traffic starts again at 5 am Place needs a deep clean, Floors were dirty and sticky on feet. The smell from perfume was so strong i wanted to vomit. You can't even put the toilet seat up Why do they need to know the reason im staying. Very rude invasion of my privacy when i was there because my mother was dying. When you book its shows the number of people plus 1 dog but then sting you for another 33 dollars per night and then have the gall to ask you all about the dog. They demand a 1000 dollar deposit be paid immediately but they earn interest off your money for 4-5days until it's returned, have you not heard of oska payments. If you're going to have cheap nasty plastic plants at least make sure there not tattered and covered in dust.
