The Water View Apartments offer breathtaking vistas of the Glass House Mountains across the Pumicestone Passage, where you can watch boats bobbing up and down, dolphins swimming, and spectacular sunsets. The Pool View Apartments overlook our gorgeous pool and spa area.
At Sylvan Beach Resort, we understand that flexibility is important for our guests. That's why we offer a range of payment options to suit your needs. You can pay a deposit online using your credit card or PayPal to secure your reservation, or choose to pay the total price upfront. Once you click on "Book Now", you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your payment.
Please note our cancellation policy. If you cancel or fail to arrive, one night's accommodation per unit will be deducted from your refund. The deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is received 4 weeks or less prior to check-in. Cancellations received more than 4 weeks prior to check-in will incur a 10% charge of the total booking cost, with a minimum of $50. If you wish to change your stay dates, an administration fee of 25% of the deposit will be charged. Early departures are non-refundable, and refunds are only available on the credit card used to secure the booking.

"We stayed for two nights (wished we stayed longer) The 2 bedroom unit we stayed in was lovely, very spacious, modern, clean and tidy. Beautiful views of the waterfront. Shay the property Manager was lovely and very accommodating. Will definitely be returning."
"Horrible experience with this property / company. They are severely lacking in customer service. Promised a refund for more than a month and still no money has been returned to me. I've sent multiple emails with no response. I've also called at least 10 times now and spoken to 3 different people with no outcome. The first person was not very interested and promised to get back to me, but never did. I called again and he promised to organise my refund, but never did. The second person took my details down and admitted that the first person should have done that and obviously they couldn't process a refund without my card details. The third person I spoke to processed the refund after a week, but sent the money to the wrong card number. Now I'm having to wait even longer for them to investigate their own mistake. They have also asked for me to provide a copy of my credit card statement, despite knowing that the money was sent to the wrong card number due to their mistake. Personally I think this is extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend dealing with this company."
"Stayed here on a last minute 2 night break with 2 young kids. Got a great apartment facing the seafront. Friendly staff, very accommodating in getting us a second night. We needed to see that sunset 1 more time! Nice and clean, all in working order, laundry was great to have. Kids even braved the pool (in winter) briefly. Very secure. Individual lock up garage for each apartment was great."
