"What a bunch of crooks. This property is run by a multinational based in Canada that also handles non-hospitality industries. My customer service experience was like the weird, scary parts of Alice in Wonderland - nonsensical, canned responses that didn’t even respond to my booking problems on their site. Bizarre. Never experienced this before at ANY hotel I’ve EVER stayed at. I’m a low-maintenance, easy going traveler. Don’t think I’ve ever left a 1-star review before… Be VERY careful booking, is all I’m saying."
