"Okay where do I start.. was overcharged by $4 because they weren't aware of there own deals, at an already overpriced menu. They wouldn't accept legal tender cash, and the refund process was slow and they charged a surcharge for my card. Unike the advertisement, the chips had no sauce. the bahn mi roll had no sauce on it and no chilli, which I asked for. There was no pickled carrot or radish, and the tofu roll was very bare. The salad had no flavour. I added 1 star because the chips were nice and bun was soft."

However, I noticed a deviation from the usual procedure when the manager didn't repeat my order, provide a receipt, or inquire about my preference for chili. I checked the transaction on my phone and was surprised to see the kitchen preparing a bowl instead of a cup. Politely, I approached the manager and explained the situation, mentioning that I had indeed ordered a cup. To my dismay, instead of resolving the matter with empathy, the manager audaciously argued, insisting that I had ordered a bowl. This interaction left me feeling frustrated, as I know precisely what I had requested. Given the long lines and the fact that the pho was already prepared, I decided not to make a fuss about the refund difference and accepted the bowl. Unfortunately, my disappointment didn't end there. The pho lacked flavor, and the portion of meat provided was equivalent to what one would typically receive in a cup-sized serving. To make matters worse, there was no lemon provided, and the manager failed to offer an apology for the mix-up. As a customer, I felt taken advantage of and left with a bitter taste in my mouth regarding the overall customer service experience."

"The most unprofessional take away in the Melbourne Airport In what universe in 2023 at an international airport do we not accept cash. I walked in today to buy some lunch only to be told they won't take my legal currency ...CASH..she then went on to tell me that it's credit only.. I told the sales assistant that I wanted to pay cash....she didn't care....card or nothing..... great customer service....I reported it to the airport and they responded with its illegal to not accept cash....I couldn't be Bothered arguing because my flight was boarding I eat rolld at least twice a week Won't be anymore The worst John"

"I got a rice paper roll looked nice on the display but when you eat it, the nice looking part is only at the top. The ingredient is almost all noodles. For me it was only $5.25 wasted and I just don't go there again but I just hate these people try to sell something cheap by camouflaging to make it look nicer. I hope this review help other people stop wasting money or try 1 roll then you decide to buy more or leave."

"If I could rate this a negative star I would. If you’re expecting the usual Vietamese roll think again. The BBQ chicken was wafer thin barely covering the roll so essentially your paying $12 plus surcharge for a bread roll with a little salad. Go elsewhere to get a reasonable feed."
