"The rooms were clean. Food was average and expectedly expensive as the resort is in an island. The beach was great! My kids loved it as the waves are calmer. Dolphin feeding was great experience for the kids. We love the place so much that it was our 3rd visit there. It was only disappointing that I recommended my friends who visit the resort for the first time to do the ATV quadbikes as I enjoyed it on my last visit. Apparently one of the tour guides was not so pleasant. They took the 4PM tour on March 4th and the guide bluntly told them she hated the 4pm tour. This short, blond female tour guide also basically said not to do anything stupid as she doesn't want the bikes to get stuck which would mean she gets delayed finishing work and get her boots and own quadbike dirtied. Apparently her quadbike was very expensive. She also told them to hurry up as she did not want to miss her ferry back to Brisbane. The tour was disappointingly rushed. Overall, the staff and room was great. I will still definitely come back but probably not recommended the bike tour."
