"Absolutely hopeless. I have ordered delivery and drive through from here a few times now and keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. Food always wrong, and/or takes forever to be ready/arrive. Ordered delivery for the last time tonight and I ended up cancelling after 1.5 hrs. I live 2kms away. What is going on at this place!"
"Ordered 2 x McFlurry in store because the drive thru line was huge. It took 30 minutes from when we ordered to get our order. Looked badly organised had at least 10 staff working."

Is this a tactic to increase profits shorting customer orders? The owners need to be made aware of how poorly run this store is. Back to Altona North even though it's further away!"
"Just received the most appalling quality burger I've ever seen in my life. Despite the clear instructions for removed items printed on the grill slip attached to the box I was still sent the complete wrong thing. The bun was split in half and the burger looked like the leaning tower of piza. Who ever was making burgers at 9:15pm on 06/03/23 should be ashamed of themselves. No care or attention to detail what so ever. Absolutely shameful service."
