"Very good value, room was very clean, good A/C, fridge was quiet, plenty hot water, very handy to shops and transport, a bit of traffic noise, but not all the time. Owner was very helpful with local knowledge. Only negative is that maybe they might look at a separate smoking area, not along the rooms ? Cheers, Eric B"

Standard of room & service so much better then oaks aspire where we use to stay weekly..Now we will stay here..
