"Food was really nice. There was a bit of wait for some of the food. Especially the meat trays but it wasn’t too bad given how fresh it was."
"Another fabulous traditional Greek restaurant in Lonsdale Street Melbourne CBD. I visited there many years ago with a friend and it is how I remember it, same place with traditional Greek style seating and design. There are more seating spaces upstairs if you prefer to go up. Situated in the CBD, it is easily accessible by transport. The food there is outstanding and is definitely traditional Greek. Really, you can’t go wrong with anything off the menu. The prices are moderate but if you are going for entree, main and dessert, then expect to pay a bit more. The staff are nice and friendly and service is really good, I take my hat off to the restaurant, chefs and the staff. They also have banquet options if you have a friend or two, and these are really good and filling. Entree recommendation is the Saganaki, you will love it! You can also try any seafood entree. The meat and seafood platters for at least two people are really amazing. If you are by yourself, try the prawns or calamari, it is absolutely delicious. For dessert, you can’t go wrong with either the Loukoumades or the Baklava, these are classic Greek desserts and are very filling. It would have been great to make Loukoumades with Nutella. Cap it all off with Greek short black coffee and you will be very satisfied."
"Stumbled upon this charming restaurant in the Greek Quarter on our way to another restaurant and quickly decided this is the atmosphere we were wanting. The staff were kind and very patient while we contemplated the menu. And the food, well, simply delicious. Would definitely come back on our next trip to Melbourne."
"We had an amazing waitress who helped out with the experience, I think her name was Georgina. We got a bbq mixed platter that was great but the salad could have been bigger with a bit more feta and there were a few things on the menu we wanted to try that weren’t available. All in all a good experience."
