When bub was 7 months old & outgrew his bassinet attachment we then installed the toddler seat only to find that two clips were broken! "Not only is our UPPAbaby pram, my husband and my favourite baby purchase, but I am so impressed with the customer service we have received from UPPAbaby also. We had a part of the pram break, and the team at UB got back to us incredibly quickly and have organised a replacement part. I was shocked by the swift and helpful response.
