"What can I say? If you are able to pay them, they might do their job. If you go through a grant they will continuously cancel on your court appearance ( via text no less ) and essentially leave you to defend yourself. They also don’t pick up the phone after the send the text. Horribly stressful and very dangerous to the client. They simply do not care."
