Stephen Lucas, the Principal Solicitor of Kingston Lawyers, has been practicing law since 1995 and has had a successful legal career. Stephen acquired various firms and founded Kingston Lawyers on the belief that a law firm should be long-standing and enduring beyond the retirement of lawyers. Our firm now holds over 10,000 wills and important documents for our clients.
Throughout his career, Stephen has practiced in various areas of dispute resolution, including commercial, criminal, and private law, as well as family law. He acts as both a barrister and solicitor and has been involved in numerous successful cases. Stephen is also passionate about mentoring young lawyers and has published articles on Estate Planning, Family Law, Commercial, and Wills Disputes. He actively provides pro bono advice to worthy charities in the community.
Outside of law, Stephen enjoys spending time with his family and has a passion for sports, as well as reading case law and history.
