"I went to the Prahran store to buy a refrigerator. I looked at fridges for sometime and it wasn’t till I was walking out a male employee came up. I mentioned a couple of things that surprised me and he thought it would be good customer service to ridicule me, that wasn’t enough he had to repeat it in a loud voice to the two girls sitting at a table behind the washing machines and asked what did they think. I wasn’t expecting that from E&S as I thought they were customer focused. I walked out and have never been back."
