"Was in store today and wanted to purchase a 3 tiered plate priced at $10, it wasnt sturdy & I asked manager if he could take a couple of dollars off, he refused. Im on disability payment & because it was shaky & not sturdy, i asked, he refused again. He gives discounts to who he wants to. A lady beside me heard the whole conversation, and paid the $10 for me, he had the nerve to turn around and say you got it for free. He doesnt know any compassion, and is he really qualified to "manage". When u r struggling its difficult, but i dont mind paying if its in good nick, this was faulty, but he just didnt want to take $2 off. In saying that, I have witnessed him discounting for other customers on non faulty goods. He also said to me, "we cant give discounts to everyone". The day will come when the "manager" will understand! In the meantime, he will dicount items to his preference of customers, discriminating disabled customers. I think he should be reviewed, being disabled is not a choice, discriminating is."
"Wonderful friendly staff, great range of furniture and clothes and not overpriced like most op shops these days"
"Terrible customer service especially the manager. She was very rude and changing the price of the materials on the higher side after looking at the person. Charity workers should be polite and kind."
"One of my favourite op shops in Melbourne! Clean, well laid out, excellent prices, lovely staff. Huge clothing and shoe section, lots of good quality furniture and artwork, and plenty of bric a brac/household items. Definitely worth a visit."
"One of the few op shop selling at great prices. Clothing items are mostly priced at one flat rate by type, such as pants, tops, dress, jackets. There is a wide variety of books, furniture, clothing, accessories and knick knacks. Clothing isn't sorted by size, often racks are full of clothes but mostly smaller sizes. Stay dedicated and look through each item, you'll find good pieces. This is my op shop of choice to donate to. The area has gotten busy and parking is often hard to find."
