"I visited your store on 15/7/23 for the replacement of faulty products you sold. While they were still in warranty you rejected to replace or repair. This is from my end a formal notice before Fair Trade/Consumer Affairs action for the return or repair of faulty garment steamer, wrongfully sold ceramic heater claiming it to be oil heater and malfunctioned clothes dryer. While you threatened me and I had no option but to call the police and consumer affairs. The police called you back but the store was closed, they guided me with the consumer affairs and fair trade process."

"This company is also known as Just Electrical, they are under investigation by the office of fair trading. Brothers Tony and Brad Mauro run this business, do not deal with them, they are well known as fraudulent businessmen. These guys will scam you if you buy online, do not purchase anything from this company online. Buy in store only, this has happened to many others too. Another point of note is their “ex display” models have been used by the staff in their personal homes, and then on sold as ex display. They say it still has a warranty, but they do no allow anyone to claim warranty repairs, it’ll always be declined, do not be fooled, stay away from these guys, you will regret dealing with them. I attempted to purchase a Vax VX63 vacuum from just electrical. When I called, I was told they could not take credit card over the phone, I had to instead email the store to get bank details, and then transfer the money, they would then send an invoice and freight the product to me. As instructed, I followed the directions on the 31st of March, and did indeed receive an invoice, but not from the company email, the invoice instead came from Tony Mauros gmail account? Not the business account. After 3 weeks the item did not arrive, so I sent an email, I was advised to call the store which I did. I was then told it hadn’t been sent because I hadn’t paid. I gave him the point of sale invoice number and date, but they had zero record of this sale. I was then told to send proof through, I did as requested and sent through both the point of sale invoice, as well as proof from my bank, I did not receive a reply. During this phone call, I was hung up on 6 times, the excuse was always phone issues. I called up the following day and was told they were looking into it. I have since sent 3 follow up emails with zero response and also no vacuum. This vacuum was for my parents who had their vacuum cease working. They have now been without a vacuum for an extended period, with zero idea if one is actually on its way, this prevents them from purchasing another one. The office of fair trading has been notified, I urge anyone else with the same problem to do the same. "Purchased item 23 Jul 2021 - Shipped 03-aug-2021, item was faulty and reported July 2022 - Advised it was out of warranty and not covered. - Took multiple attempts to contact to raise the issues, but no real means of contact or resolution was offered (item value AU $499.00) - I Wouldn't Recommend dealing with this store."
