"I will never use this mechanic again. Part of the problem was that I was not demonstrative enough to complain, - preferring and hoping to believe the business owners promises. The proprietor promising he could do anything Mercedes could do. Clearly not. My car has been there for 11 months, and I have waited and waited and waited for feedback. To no avail. I can only presume, my car was stolen. Why else would he not contact me to offer sound mechanical advise? I will let the authorities work out if this is the case, or not? I am completely gutted and so disappointed by my experience. It makes me sick that I was sucked in by a shister mechanic that in hindsight, I now realise belongs on Current Affair being exposed. And to what end? I have no idea of the motivation - it wasn't for financial gain, that's for sure. So disappointed!"
