"I'm that type of bloke that hates clothes shopping and dealing with a shop assistant who is trying there best to help me, even when I'm unsure on what I'm looking for. The whole interaction is something I swiftly avoid. However, I happened to stroll past Timberland DFO Moorabin the other day and I could easily see that the type of clothing they sell could possibly be a style that suits my interest. I'm 40 years old and I would wear all the clothing in that store. There clothing is neat but not nerdy and not too loud but just enough prints to be a bit cool. The shop assistant (Ash) , Was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was there for assistance but most importantly didn't follow me around asking me questions I can't answer. She actually just let me browse a bit and when I was ready, she was rite there to assist me with an easy going relaxing attitude. So to all my blue collard brothers that understand the pain of selecting new clothes to purchase, Timberland DFO Moorabin has mint gear for middle-aged blokes. And yes, it was that much of a pleasure that I'm actually looking forward to going back soon to get pants and boots. Get around it gents! Absolute ripper!"

"An amazing store especially one of their staff I believe his name is Shak. I highly recommend this guy as he’s the most well mannered, polite and down to earth person you’ll ever meet. As soon as i step into the store I can already he has his hands full but yet he still pops his head up and let’s me know he will be with me as soon as he can, i didn’t come to shop for anything as i was initially browsing about but i ended up buying these cute brown timberlands that he picked out for me. He has an incredible knowledge about the products and always finds a way to make you smile no matter the situation. An absolute fun experience when he was working. He truly cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly and you have the best knowledge possible. I did get to meet the other sales assistants and they were really nice but this guy stood out for me. I will make my return to this store just to see that gorgeous smile of his. Timberland, give this guy a raise. Don’t lose this guy, he’s a huge asset to your company."
