"I contacted an end of lease cleaner in Melbourne of a different company name. Nass cleaners responded and quoted. I hired Nass cleaners for the end of lease clean of our apartment. They repeatedly failed to get the details of the clean correct for quoting despite me being very clear in that the property had no laundry, no garage and no carpet. However we were desperate and couldn't find another cleaner with availability so went ahead with the second quote. The cleaner sent me a confirmation text message the evening before with a time two hours after the agreed, booked time. No reason why, just assumed that I would be available for a start time two hours later. I responded saying I was not able to have the clean two hours later due to another commitment I had and they begrudgingly agreed to meet me at the original time after some story about having to help his brother. They demanded cash payment despite the company quote saying I could pay by cash or bank transfer, and continued to demand cash payment even when I said I'd prefer bank transfer. 15 minuted before the agreed time, he messaged me demanding I meet him right away as he was at the property (I was getting cash out as he had requested cash the night before for a clean at 8.30am). When I met him at the property, he then said he couldn't guarantee the clean (as promised by the company) because of a couple of areas that needed scrubbing - part of cleaning is to scrub! Having worked as a domestic cleaner previously, I know that some things do require a little bit more elbow grease. The cash payment had to be made up front before the service was carried out which made me uncomfortable after this exchange but again, I was desperate so took the risk. Thankfully, he did a decent job and did the scrubbing. However now, three weeks later, I have received an unpaid invoice demanding I pay $400, despite having paid in full and received an invoice on the day of cleaning which states I have paid in full. The company seems to be very dodgy and trying to scam more money out of me, was poor in communication, accuracy of quoting and the cleaner seemed to not want to carry out a thorough clean at the start. I suspect he did a decent job because, due to my mistrust after our discussion at the property, I took before photos to compare. I do not recommend this company at all. Steer clear! Edit to respond to the reply: I am a generally gracious person, so I was willing to let the numerous issues slide after a decent job was performed. However, receiving the text message and email today demanding payment of $400 for a service I had already paid for was the last straw and enough to make me write this review. Given you've stated this was sent in error due to a breach in your system, this does not give me any more faith in your company, or that my details are now safe and secure as they should be. You never said your lack of correct quoting was due to a system error - if this was the case, then a quote should have been calculated manually and provided. The second quote was still not correct and was never rectified despite my email response. We were desperate to get the clean done which is why we just let this go. This was not explained to me. Regarding payment, yes I was aware that payment was expected before the clean, however I was told I could pay via bank transfer (my preferred method for record keeping) which the cleaner refused, and as I explained, I was uneasy about paying up front AFTER the cleaner had complained he would have to scrub a couple of areas. I had no issue with up front payment up until this encounter."
"I’m not sure where to even start. The cleaning was just not up to standard. The final inspection by the agent came back with a lot of items needing attention which weren’t obvious to me when I came in at night to do a final check on the day of the clean. These weren’t nitpicky items either. Skirting boards required dusting, grease on the splash backs were not wiped off, dust and marks on door frames not removed, bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly and many more. I call and let them know I needed someone to come back and re do these items per their bond guarantee. They sent the same cleaner the next day, as opposed to a different cleaner, and the entire time he seemed to take it personally that his cleaning was not up to standard and went on a tirade about how his cleaning is of a great standard (which it was not) and the agents were just being fussy (which they were not as I could see with my own eyes the dirt that was still untouched) He made me stay at the property and go through one by one each item needing review only for him to barely go over the surfaces with a wet cloth and say “done”. I did not have a whole day to go through the items with him yet an hour and a half later I’m there as he would refuse to clean without me being at the property. I had to instruct him to be more thorough on a few occasions and all he could do was complain about how other agents aren’t this picky. At the end of the ordeal I just told him to go if he felt he didn’t want to be there. I later came back that evening to finish the cleaning myself which was a waste of my time and a waste of money I had already spent on a shotty quality of cleaning. When it came to crunch time during an already stressful period, they did not deliver and I would seriously reconsider booking this company for any clean let alone an end of lease clean. They may have other cleaners that do a great job but this one cleaner and his attitude has left an awful impression of how this business conducts themselves."

"We had another cleaning company booked to clean our house but when they showed up to start on the house they looked and pulled out of the job saying they wanted more than $2000 to do the job. That company was very unprofessional in the way things were handled and we were stuck in a bind having to find someone to do the job last minute as the electricity to the house would be shut down by end of next day. We were so fortunate to find AlIyah from NASS cleaners later that same day and was able to arrange our cleaning needs to be done next day.
