"Genuinely had some of the best authentic customer service! Every staff member we're all smiles from when I walked in the door with my sister and made us feel very welcome, especially the tall guy named Byza. The lovely lady at the door instantly recognised my sister was a regular customer and gave us a warm welcome. My sister needed some new black work shoes and Byza gave my sister a lot of direction to the options available to her, all the way to knowing what materials would be better for the durability needed, whats better in the rain and the comfortability in the shoes. Byza from my perspective clearly has done his research and gave my sister the best advice and to that I say he deserves a raise! If I knew the other ladies who helped us too, I certainly would've put their names here too. The workplace environment was clearly jubilant and buzzing! We walked out the store feeling very rejuvenated and delighted that we didn't skip them on our trip home. I definitely need to be back again and get some Converses myself to fill some of my wardrobe up with rather than my other shoes!"

"Had a poor experience upon wanting to take back shoes for return. The glue in the shoe had separated from the sole. Policy, 'not my fault I just work here' attitude and they couldn't give a hoot lead to a foul taste being left in my mouth. I am starting to think that if you don't agree with store policy you're also not allowed to reveal that you disagree with it. Or question it. "Quick! This customer disagrees with policy!!! Get him!" No problem, I'll take the 2 hour return drive back to a store to pick up my shoes or money. Waste of time."
