Welcome to the Woodend Maternal & Child Health Centre, a vital establishment dedicated to the health and well-being of families in the Woodend community. Located at 49 Forest Street, our center is conveniently situated within the Woodend Community Hub, which also houses Cobaw Community Health.

At the Woodend Maternal & Child Health Centre, we understand the importance of supporting families at every stage of their child's development. That's why we encourage you to visit your Maternal & Child Health Nurse at all key ages and stages. Our experienced nurses are here to provide guidance, support, and resources to ensure the best possible start for your child.

In addition to our on-site services, we also offer the 24-hour Maternal & Child Health Line. You can reach this helpline by calling 13 22 29, providing you with access to professional advice and assistance whenever you need it.
