Booking an appointment with us is easy. You can either make an appointment online or call us on 03 9754 2062. If you require a late weeknight or Saturday appointment, we recommend calling well in advance to secure your preferred time.
Please note that we have a 24-hour cancellation policy for booked appointments (48 hours for our GP). Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee.
For your convenience, we accept private health and Medicare rebates for certain practitioners. Please inquire with our friendly staff to see if you are eligible for these rebates.

Was absolutely gobsmacked to find this out the hard way, especially from this type of practice, in this area. Her reason being she is caring for someone elderly. Believe what you want and behave how you want, but if you're running a business at least be professional about it. Let everyone know that you need to medically discriminate people before they arrive for their appointment..."
