"I came into Platypus Uni Hill today to purchase some shoe protection spray and was taken care by a lovey young woman name Jade. She was able to give me a recommendation of the products available, direction on how to apply the product and her own experience while using the product. I was pleasent to she was able to show her personality when taking care of me, which made me feel like she went above and beyond the expection of her role. I will definitely be coming back when I have shoe/sneaker needs. Came for shoe spray, left with a good shopping experience and a great chat."
"[23/03/2019 - Midday-ish] Came in on a huge sale day, and the uplifting help of the staff made 2 hours of shopping fly by! Very courteous with trying to help me decide on what to buy, finding sizes, and holding my items so I wouldn't have to lug them around while shopping more. Special thanks to the girl with glasses and the black Bob Ross shirt, and the girl with the glasses with the red shirt. Also the selection was great with multiple brands and styles. Loved the wall layouts for the Addidas sneakers most of all."
