"My beautiful King Living furniture sofa was ruined by their harsh chemicals and inexperienced staff. Spots, streaks and water marks appeared that never existed before. I was told that once the couch dried they would disappear but they didn’t. They came back days later to try and fix the problem but my couch will never be the same. The cleaning guy was 45 minutes late on both occasions and I also found out that he works as a contractor so he’s not even an employee of Mr Neate. Stay away from these guys!!"
