"They ruined my blackout curtains, (they were ripped up when they returned them). They had the audacity to tell me they were ripped when I gave them to them, WHY WOULD I WANT TO WASH RIPPED CURTAINS? If you make a mistake at least own up to it, don’t gaslight your customers. They refused to give me a refund, or even an apology on my $110 for the service. Absolutely horrible customer service. If you value your things, do not bring them here."

Not to mention the amazing door pick up and door facility offered. The laundered stuff was well packed for easy storage. Thanks team."
