"Please note that the attached photos were taken AFTER the cleaning was done. Paid a whopping $451 for an end of lease clean on a two bedroom apartment - most crucially carpet, tile and bathroom cleaning. I had to leave before the cleaner was done to go to work. The next day the landlord tells me there's a problem and to come to the apartment immediately. The steam cleaning has done next to nothing even for surface-level dirt; easy-to-clean wall and door marks were completely ignored; rust marks in the bathroom have not been touched; the tiles are not only not cleaned, but additional dirt has been left in some areas and the cleaner seems to have stepped on bleach with his shoes, then walked over the dirt on the tiles to create a sort of inverse-footprint, as if cleaning the floors by accident. I have asked for a majority refund and have been given countless lies about the quality of service given and what was paid for, then an offer of an $80 refund on, again, a $451 cleaning fee. Everything they were able to clean we honestly could have done ourselves. We were guaranteed our bond back by this company but because we chose them, we may face hundreds or thousands in fees from the landlord. Insulting service."
"Complete waste of money, do not bother. We had the cleaners come through to do out move out clean in preparation to sell our house and the standard was extremely poor and looked like it had barely even been wiped down. Only 1/3 of the windows in our house had even been touched and they were not cleaned properly, they stated that they had cleaned them ALL when asked. Cobwebs were left, skirting boards & light switches had not been touched, large area's in the kitchen were completely missed and the list goes on. When an email was sent we did not even get an apology, they did send the cleaners out a second time, still no apology when they arrived. They went over some of missed area's but did a very average job at that. In the end we gave up and have cleaned the house ourselves. For the $495 I would expect a lot more and it was a complete waste of money."
