"Rude non speaking doctors I've been to this clinic for the last 20 years was amazing last year since my doctor moved clinics it has gone down hill they have hired bad doctors with poor understanding of English language and are highly rude and talk over you. And constantly say they don't have time for you. I have chronic illnesses which are life threatening and they are now refusing medical treatment. Have said I have to find a new clinic. If I could give no stars I would. Reception staff are the only nice ones there. So so disappointed. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone."
"All my family have gone to kooweerup medical centre for years. Since Dr Sandy and Dr Mahesh have left the experience is disgraceful the lack of care under any of the doctors that are there is extremely poor. No understanding of what you need and being told in your appointment time I don't have time. If this practice is going to survive they need to get rid of the Dr doctors that are there now they hardly speak English. They don't understand what you asking half the time. They simply don't care. I would give no stars really but it wouldn't let me."

"I think I have been in 3 times this month,so on Saturday I rang and asked if they could write me a repeat prescription without an appointment. Took until 12-30 pm Monday to return my call, No problems it will cost you $15 for the out of pocket expense. What a ripoff, visits too a doctor are bulk billed"
"Total disgrace my 4 yr old son had a head injury, and kept getting a run around over the phone telling me that they where told not to take new patients to they where booked out. Just needed to come in and make shure my 4 yr old was ok. As koo wee rup was the nearest medical centre. I would think a young child with a head injury would be a priority. We took are son to Pakenham they where busy too but where happy to have my son seen by the nurse to evaluate."
