"On my first visit more than a year ago Dr Matt Reid was great. His medical knowledge seemed sufficient but his bedside manner could do with some work. A year later I've come to the realisation that for him, this is just a job. Dr Reid seems disinterested, never smiles and in general lacks personality which has a huge affect on customer service. I found a medical clinic much closer to home with a vibrant, friendly doctor that cares about his patients. So I requested that my medical records be transferred across. Today I received an invoice via email requesting payment to transfer my medical records. How absurd!!!!! This has always been a free service at other mdeical clinics. I won't be returning to the UFG Medical Clinic."
