"For a private clinic, they could do a lot better. You aren’t allowed a support person, I had to wait 5 hours for my appointment that was at 10am. Honestly go public health, it’s cheaper and FASTER. This is not why I’m giving 1 star. The 1 star is for the incorrect insertion of an IUD and the pain and discomfort it caused me for over a year, and no doctor could figure out why until I had it removed. I had to hear from a specialist that I wasted over $300 for an incorrect insertion. This is unacceptable, retrain your goddam staff, this affected my life emotionally and physically"
"I had an amazing experience with this clinic, yes the wait was long but that’s to be expected when dealing with anything health related. The staff/nurses were friendly and very caring, playing music and making a hard situation somewhat enjoyable, my doctor Melissa was amazing in explaining my procedure and making sure I understood and was comfortable with the decision I was making. The man anaesthetist was an absolute delight, very kind/empathetic. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience, massive thankyou to the whole team for caring for me with such kindness and love, If I could give 10 stars I would! Beautiful clinic full of beautiful people, THANKYOU!"
"The nicest and most thorough doctors and nurses I’ve experienced. So so grateful they made it all such a positive experience considering. Feeling grateful to have such an incredible centre available to me when so many women do not xx"
"I unfortunately had a miscarriage and required a d&c procedure. I was so upset and anxious about this. I was also incredibly nervous about having an anaesthetic. I found the staff to be extremely caring, lovely and a high level of nurse care. I had a consultation with the Head nurse Nicole - she was great. I then had a consultation with the Dr (unfortunately cannot remember his name) he was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and empathetic. He performed a scan and confirmed our unfortunate outcome. One negative was that I was promised my husband could be present at the ultrasound - after waiting 2 hours to be seen we were then told he could not be present so that was upsetting. I wish I could remember my nurses name because she was the kindest most beautiful person to me. I am so thankful that I had her by my side holding my hand. She made me feel safe and cared for at all times and extremely supported. The recovery nurses were also extremely kind and whilst waking up from anaesthesia it was very comforting to hear that everything went well and they were very kind and reassuring. Having to get dressed straight away and be moved to a recovery room seemed a little rushed and I was quite nauseous, staying in the bed longer would have helped but I understand they were fully booked with procedures and needed to keep moving. I will recommend this clinic. Thank you for your care."
"Unprofessional staff. The receptionist and manager were lovely though. The staff were playing music and said to me “you’ll see us dancing in here” while I was waiting for a termination. It was a very hard time for me and I felt such lack of empathy. I understand they come in and do their job here everyday, but they need to understand that this experience is rare and very sensitive for patients, it needs to be treated as such. I woke up from anesthesia and was so angry and uncomfortable in that environment, to the point where I flipped out at that worker. The manager handled it perfectly though. This wouldn’t have happened if i felt that they were on the same level as the patients, not prepping at work for their Friday night. I wish this experience on no one."
