"When you want to book appointment, their staffs talk to you nicely and once you done the booking and go to the treatment room next day, everything change. they show you attitude when you show them the spot to do treatment. They are always in rush to finish and go. They don’t use the machine on the required area and when you ask, they act like they are doing it for free. Very unprofessional and rude staff. They need to be trained."
"I did 4 times hair removal laser treatment on my arms but I don’t see good results at all and also on my 3rd appointment I did henna on half of my arms so the lady didn’t use the machine which is fine but they should do it next time because I have already payed for it and I didn’t know about it otherwise I won’t do henna. I’m not happy with their service."
