"Trying to pay the clinic. You can't as the txt does list: 1) Name of the account. Net bank marks account has spam and not to pay them. 2) Also it doesn't show the amount owed. I called up. Awaiting on the manager Dee to call me back. Elizabeth called back. Well totally useless. "Doctors and Georgia are 5 stars, their other reception staff 1 star, if I’m being generous. Georgia is the best receptionist they literally have (and the first for this clinic) who is nice, smiles and is actually caring. Went last night in excruciating pain and she was beautiful. This clinic needs to employ more people like her and less like some of their other incapable receptionist who get paid to be rude to people and show attitude. Called back this morning as my mum had a question about her medication and to see if I can see a doctor again because I am in pain. She was asking the receptionist some questions and repeated them a few times and the receptionist was being very rude and aggressive towards my mum. I don’t want to publicly name this horrible receptionist but I will pass on her name to the manager next time I am in. Mum has been left hanging about her query at the moment. There’s big discrepancy between the great doctors and appalling reception staff (excluding Georgia who is great) that this practice needs to address."
