If you experience symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, or if you have traveled in the last 14 days or been to exposure sites, we kindly request that you call (03) 7019 5585 to schedule a telehealth appointment. Our facility and Clinical Labs on-site do not have the capability to test for Covid-19, so we encourage you to visit your nearest Covid testing site if you require testing.

"I was just surprised that the receptionist charged me for a consultation of my six years old child. She said they are not bulk billing practice, but the Dr corrected her by stating they charge for kids only on Saturdays. I'm happy with the Dr, so we'll come back."
"Edited...Worst doctors ever! Can't ever get into your appointment in time "sometimes they have emergencys they need to attend to" pfft it's been every time we have had to wait 45mins plus. Just to be told you're next. Then another 5 people go in before you. The doctors offices are always empty but the wait room is always full? Also the fact that you also now charge to have a rude receptionist and slow af doctor is a actual joke! In response to your reply. I'm not mistaken with what clinic my review is for. Your next to nqr. The appointment was also for my son not me and was our 3rd and last visit not our first. I understand wait times however on all 3 occasions we were waiting at least 20 mins past our appointment times. There was no one in with at least 2 of the doctors as they were wandering around the counter. Have a doctor for your emergencys and another doctor for all us regular appointments if this seems to be such a regular occurrence for you."
"Drs are fantastic, admin staff are pigs , rude !!! $$$ over care . Happy to pay for a service anyday. However trying to charge someone $20 miserable dollars over an appointment telehealth that they booked in error . !!! Then refusing a sick child to be sent an escript. Well cya from 5 household members here disgusting service.!! Then hang up on me because I'm clearly upset that my grandaughter was seen today prescribed antis that aren't available and I call back to ask for a different type and nope , im.the practise manager and you need to pay $20 first !!! Why would i pay for a telehealth that wasn't even mine. Never again"
"Thank you Dr Bashir for assessing my daughter and saying she was teething even though she was one week off from being 4 months old. Since seeing him I started given bonjela and panadol she went from doing 2.5 hour blocks to 7 hour sleep blocks!!!! I took her to other doctors and dismissed the signs because of her age!! I feel like he really knows what he is doing."
