Our reception team members, Vicki, Lily, and Megan, are always ready to assist you in finding the right doctor and appointment time.
Epichealth Yarra Glen specializes in all aspects of General Practice, offering a wide range of family medical services. We are proud to announce the addition of new doctors and the launch of a brand new service, further enhancing our commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
As a private mixed billing medical clinic, we understand the importance of providing access to subsidised medical services. Patients who hold a valid Health Care Card, Pensioner Concession Card, or Veterans Gold Card will not have a gap on consultations.
Please note that all nurse visits incur a fee per visit to cover the cost of our nurses' time and medical consumables. Our payment policy requires full payment on the day of the consultation. We accept cash, EFTPOS, and credit cards (Mastercard or Visa), but do not accept American Express, Diners Club cards, or personal cheques. Our friendly reception team will assist you in claiming your Medicare rebate on the spot using your Medicare Card.

"Dr looked over my medication list, I had evidence of medications, didn’t ask me what I was on it for, when it had been prescribed, who had prescribed it. Instead I was told that I might be able to stay on one medication despite the fact that specialists in two different fields had prescribed the bulk of it and I had already been accepted into a pain clinic. Treated me aggressively like a drug seeker, asked for my medical record from my previous GP when I hadn’t even decided if I wanted to stay with her AND I don’t have a copy of my medical records. That’s from my original GP to have. Walked out of the appointment when they started telling me that none of my pain regime actually works for one diagnosis. I left feeling very small, frustrated and honestly disgusted that I am STILL being treated this way despite the spotlight chronic pain has had in the public eye recently. Do not recommend."
"Generally a good practice, but they need to tighten up their procedures when the doctor is away ill and patients are awaiting results from the 3rd party providers. The GP i saw sent me for Xrays for a potential broken ankle, he advised Imed would advise of the results then and there and they didnt. GP was away the following day ill, the receptionist was quite short with me and told me it would be two days before I could get in again or go to emergency.... rang imed lilydale and they wouldn't give me the results, rang the clinic again and the receptionist was a bit more helpful and said the results weren't in..... rang imed again and they advised that the results had been sent... rang the clinic again and they found the results in the doctors email inbox....... now still waiting for a gp to ring me with results"
