"Super clinic was a super waste of time. I booked the night before with Dr Partha Roy. Tried explaining to him that I couldn’t retain any fluids or food for 6 days & as a result, lost about 6kg in the process. I ran through the symptoms I was having when I was rudely cut off with “just eat bread and jam. Just bread and jam will do.” I explained my diet (allergies including) and the medications I’d been taking with my symptoms. Dr goes on to poke my stomach 8 times (nowhere where I told him the pain was) tells me to take a stool sample, and fast for 12 hours; said that they’d only get back to me if there was anything of concern.ONLY THEN WOULD THEY CONSIDER ANTIBIOTICS. I did ask for a medical cert, and if there’s any antibiotics or meds I could take home. Dr just kept insisting that I needed to fast for 12 hr periods over 2 days. He disregarded my points & made me feel belittled in the process. The whole appointment I waited for was under 5 minutes. I’m exhausted and left feeling much worse off. Don’t waste your time here. Go elsewhere. Ps reception was super nice.good job ladies"

"The whole team are welcoming and professional, booking appointments promptly. Dr Faustina made time on my first visit, on short notice, to listen to my multiple concerns, provide reassurance and a rational plan."

"When I first came here I saw Dr Yi Nwe Tun. She is very caring, helpful and informative. Would have been a 5 star rating just for her however, today I saw Dr Partha Roy and it was not a good experience at all. When I arrived to my appointment I had to wait about 40 minutes, that’s understandable considering medical emergencies can happen and cause doctors to run late, nevertheless, Dr Partha did not acknowledge my time waiting, he was also rude, his tone is not welcoming, condescending and he did not listen to me. As someone that works in the medical field myself and is aware of the way medical professionals should act towards patients, I would not recommend Dr Partha at all. Other comments regarding the clinic, it’s newly built so it looks nice inside, but reception team needs more training. If a doctor is running 40 minutes behind, please communicate."

"Worst medical service I have ever received in my life. Had an appointment at 2.50. Was there at 2.45 after waiting for over 40 minutes feeling so unwell I finally got to see Dr Bahareh. I went in and made a comment about having to wait for over 40 minutes and she proceeded to berate me about the fact that she hasn't been sitting at her desk drinking coffee and having a snack! That she has seen a lot of patients today and I'm just one of them! I told her yes I am her patient and yet she doesn't want to hear my symptoms, she just wants to argue her case. She stared me down and told me to go elsewhere! I told her that as a doctor she has a duty of care to look after her patients and I am her patient with nasty symptoms. She did not answer me so I left and complained with reception saying that the doctor wont treat me and asked to speak to the manager. Guess what... I'm still waiting to speak to that manager who just doesn't seem to be at his work place whenever I call. Luckily, the other receptionist got me in to see another doctor who was ok. I hesitated adding that 1 star. Will never ever go back. Do not recommend to anyone!!!!!!."

"This is the second time visiting this clinic with two very different experiences. The first time I has a wonderful doctor(Dr. Yi Nwe Tun) who showed she really cared about her patients and had an invested interest to help me, however the second time I would have been better getting advise from the person why makes my morning coffees. After advising the doctor of my symptoms and things I have tried to get better he checked my ears and told me to take some Panadol, there wasn’t any other questions or examination to determine the cause but rather a quick 5 second check of the ear and told me it will clear up totally disregarding the other symptoms I presented at the beginning. As a patient you should be able to trust that the doctor you are seeing has an invested interest in helping you get better rather than a revolving door of patients. Dr Partha Roy was not only rude when I walked in but also showed very little interest in my wellbeing, I personally would advise anyone visiting this clinic to avoid seeing him and to see a doctor who actually cares about their patients."
